百合银耳汤

  具体做法:将少量白木耳放入冷水中泡软,取出,撕成小块;鲜百合切除梗,剥片、洗净;2小勺枸杞泡水5分钟后,捞出、沥干;红枣泡热水10分钟,捞出、沥干。将三样倒入锅中,加水适量,煮汤,水沸30分钟后,加入冰糖见溶化即成。

  百合的味道清香脱俗,而银耳则脆嫩爽口。此道甜品能安定心神、活络气血,还有润肺止咳、生津滋阴的功效。

  It is specifically prepared like this: turning to be soft after having been immersed in cold water, a small amount of white tremella is taken out from the container and torn into little pieces. With its stems cut away and its slices peeled off, fresh lily is washed clean. Two small spoons of Chinese wolfberries, immersed in water for five minutes, are scooped up and leached. Red dates, immersed in hot water for ten min-utes, are also scooped up and leached. These three kinds of ingredients are poured into a cooking-pot with a moderate amount of water for boiling the soup. With water boiled for 30 minutes, the soup is ready when crystal sugar added melts.

  The flavor of lily is marked by light aroma and extraordinariness, while tremella tastes crispy, tender and refreshing. This dessert serves to relieve uneasiness, invigorate vital energy and blood circulation as well as moisten lungs, stop cough, generate secretion of saliva and treat Yin deficiency.
